Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old
• U.S. citizen or legal resident required
• No felony criminal background
• Active Notary Public Seal required
• Strong English language and communication skills; detail-oriented
• Signing Agent training and proficiency with home closing documents (preferred)
• No prior experience required — training provided
• Additional notarial bond and/or E&O insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Perform secure remote notarizations via video platform
• (Optional) Provide mobile notary services locally
• Verify identities and ensure document accuracy
